We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions across various modules.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP application development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates, risks, and issues.
- Oversee the development and provide subject matter expertise to SAP functional and technical teams to align the SAP IT solutions with business requirements.
- Provide consultation on the variety of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM) and their integration.
- Ensure all SAP application development activities comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and methodologies in SAP application development.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that directly support and enhance organizational goals and business objectives.
- Provides leadership and guidance to promote the development of IT technologies for next generation practices to support complex business processes
- Support the SAP S4HANA ERP implementation projects and play solution architect role binding the entire solution to meet client requirements
- Design , build and deliver comprehensive end-to-end ERP solutions for clients by collaborating with cross-functional & technical teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of strong SAP Project Management.
- Strong Consulting background with Consulting experience.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to align IT solutions with organizational objectives.
- Must have delivered multiple SAP implementations
- Has managed large multi country template-based deployments for MNCs across geographies spanning above modules.
- Brings strong cross module experience across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.
- SAP Certified Activate Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good communication skills.
