What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Manage Projects: Own the production process—manage timelines, budgets, and quality control. You’ll lead both internal creative teams and manage client communications. From start to finish, the project is yours to guide.
• Creative Leadership: Help craft stories that resonate. You’ll work on everything from conceptualizing scripts and storyboards to guiding our post-production team with your creative insight and technical know-how.
• Client Relations: As the main point of contact for our clients, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. More importantly, you’ll handle feedback with a solutions-oriented approach, staying flexible to meet the client’s evolving needs.
• Diverse Project Management: Manage a variety of project types—corporate videos, 2D animation, motion graphics, and more. You’ll work on everything from regional campaigns to CSR projects, balancing creative demands with logistical realities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: You have a diverse portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility across different video content types.
• Leadership: You’ve demonstrated experience leading creative teams and managing client relationships. You know how to guide both people and projects to success.
• Technical Know-How: Strong familiarity with video production tools and software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Bonus points if you have animation or other advanced post-production experience.
• Communication Mastery:You have excellent communication skills, knowing how to strike the right balance between professionalism and approachability with both clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong time management skills, adaptability to changing situations, and the ability to navigate challenges with minimal guidance.

Gifted with lateral thinking and puzzle solving skills; able to remain calm under pressure and respond adequately to whatever curve balls that fly your way.

Blessed with a good balance of reason and decent artistic aptitude to discern quality and readiness of deliverables; ensuring that the content created is of high standard, quality, engaging, on-brand and on-brief.

Always curious and hungry to improve, you derive pleasure from improving on all fronts and actively seek out/ pick up new and emerging media, platforms and technologies.

If you have excellent language abilities and the gift of the written word, there will be opportunities to script and develop storyboards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree / Diploma
• Preferably 3 - 7 years of relevant experience (if not, let us know why you are the best choice)
• IT Savvy and knowledge of Social Media Platforms
• Proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint / Docs, Sheets & Slides
