EDMS (Electronic Document Management System): (Main Mission)
a. Link EDMS to SAP functional locations
b. Uploading manually technical documentation on Hard drive to SharePoint EDMS
c. Improve the searching function in EDMS for vendor data books & test reports, by splitting the documents into smaller pieces.
Requirements
- 'A' level / Poly undergraduate / University undergraduate / 'O' level with 5 years of admin experience
- Proficient in excel.
- Good in Microsoft 365 environment (excel, sharepoint, Teams) is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Knoweldge of SAP is advantageous
