The Concierge Specialist will meet and exceed guests and residents expectations by providing pleasant and efficient Front Desk service.

Job Functions:
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended;
- Attend to all residents, tenants and guests queries, requests, feedbacks in a professional manner and provide quality service;
- Manage visitors passes including screen visitors, vendors, and contractors;
- Familiarise and well-versed with the floor plan, facilities and available services to assist visitors, tenants, etc;
- Handle feedback and suggestion with professionalism;
- Day to day maintain and update database management;
- Administrating all written or verbal feedback from desk;
- Adhoc duties as and when assigned;Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
- Follow approved parcel delivery standards and procedures.
- Ensure the front office and lobby are always neat and tidy.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in Customer Service background
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- Must be able to work on shifts and/or weekends if required
- Must be willing to work in fast paced working environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
