Job Duties:
· Communicate with overseas MDW suppliers
· Screen and interview MDW Candidates
· Assist Customers with enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online)
· Coordinate interviews between potential employers and MDWs
· Handle WP applications and Embassy contracts
· Make arrangements for MDW arrivals and departures
· Handover of MDWs to employers
· Provide follow-up and assistance to employers and MDWs. Provide counselling for the MDWs as and when necessary
Job Requirements:
· Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Ability to speak Mandarin / Bahasa Indonesia / Malay / Burmese would be beneficial to liaise with mandarin speaking Customers, Indonesia MDWs / Myanmar MDWs
· Proactive and always looking to improve Customers’ experience
· Possess Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI)
· Prior experience in the maid industry would be an added advantage
