Job Description
1. Learning the art of making Sushi and Maki
2. Creating Sushi, Sushi Rolls, Slicing Sashimi
3. Doing preparation work, making important sauces and taking care of stock freshness
Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of chef experience is beneficial even if you do not have Sushi experience
2. Willing to learn the basic of Sushi dishes and the technique
3. Good attitude and a team player
Candidates with some basic Sushi Bar experience can qualify for higher salary and incentives.
