• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for roles in Web3 and Quant Trading, with a focus on specialized technical and leadership talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the recruitment process, including candidate data, documentation, and communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, with familiarity with LinkedIn and ATS platforms.
• Interest or experience in recruiting for roles within Web3, blockchain, or Quant Trading industries.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and a focus on results-driven recruitment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
