Vision is to serve traders moving from CEX to DEX trading and attract new market entrants.
Role Overview: As a Senior Full Stack Web Developer, you will leading the technical team (1 frontend & 1 backend) to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop, and maintain scalable solutions. Your expertise in frontend and backend development will lead initiatives to optimize performance, security, and functionality.
Requirements:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and develop robust frontend and backend components.
- Implement responsive user interfaces for enhanced engagement.
- Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and security.
- Lead third-party API integrations for expanded functionality.
- Drive continuous innovation and mentor junior team members.
- Own projects from conception through delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of full stack web development experience, including 2 years in DEX/CEX.
- Proficiency in frontend and backend technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Fully remote, comfortable working in teams across different timezones, primarily in the Europe timezone.
