4. Minimum 1 year construction & project management experience

5. Knowledge of AutoCAD an advantage

6. Having of own transport is preferred

7. Able to establish priorities and multi-task

8. Good team player who can work independently and prosses good time management & coordination skill

Working under the Project Manger to complete the project on time, which include: -

1. Check and monitoring of site progress and resolving of site issues with clients
2. Follow up with factory for production order, delivery schedule, etc
3. Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc
4. 2-3 years cabinetry installation and site management experience
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
6. Advantage if with experience using computers for a variety of tasks

1. To implement strategy to promote our business, product and service of built-in furniture

2. To attract prospective customers by creating of attractive interior and spatial design

3. To expand customer base by gaining new customers, building a company's reputation, and improving customer interaction

3. To represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, and customer support

5. To discuss with directors on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaign to ensure the company is profitable
