Job Purpose:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to support the company's business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, consumer behavior, and the ability to lead initiatives that will boost brand presence, sales, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop, implement, and track comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products or services.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
- Analyze customer feedback and industry data to continuously improve marketing campaigns
Campaign Management:
- Design, plan, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Oversee and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring they are on brand and meet business goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop content for campaigns, including advertisements, social media posts, and email marketing.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Optimize digital channels for maximum performance, targeting the right audience segments.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and retention.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand's image, positioning, and message.
- Work with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.
Budgeting and Reporting:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market analysis.
- Present marketing results and insights to senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, retail operations, and finance to ensure marketing goals align with company objectives.
Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
Market Research and Consumer Insights:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer trends.
- Analyze data from surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to understand consumer needs.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
