About the Role
An HR Specialist is the supportive force behind both people and processes. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in a HR department, performing administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

Human Resource Operations
- Manage end to end employee life cycle events and operational processes including but not limited to on-boarding, transfers, relocation, and off-boarding
- Act as the first line of advisory service for HR related matters and benefits (employees, managers, external candidates, and providers)
- Manage all the employee related data entry into the HR System (SAP HCM) and ensure integrity, consistency, and security of all data handled
- Maintain the timely updates to the monthly organisation chart and maintain consistency and standardization of data reporting
- Maintain up to date employees’ personnel files – both physical and electronic versions
- Generate monthly reports via SAP
- Preparing of official HR letters including employment contracts for new hires
- Monitor and prepare official documents for contract renewal and conversion contracts
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborate towards an improved and more productive process that enhances the employee and/or manager's experience with the process
- Consolidate billing matters and invoices and to work with Finance team to ensure timely payments
- Manages the monthly/quarterly labour surveys
- Working together with Social Club Committee to run employee welfare and recreation programs for employees
- Under direction from HR Manager, undertake local and regional HR project work, researching issues and developing recommendations
- Work as Process Champion within the wider APAC HR team to proactively identify ways to enhance work processes for improved performance either through self-discovery or through seeking feedback from stakeholders.
About You
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business studies and/or Human Resource Management
- At least 6 years of HR Admin/Generalist experience
- At least 5 years of payroll processing experience and have worked with payroll vendors
- Proven success in working in a multi-cultural team or in Multi-national corporations (MNC)
- Able to handle the daily workload and deliver day-to-day HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner with minimum supervision
