- Data searching, sorting, processing & reconciliation
- Prepare reports for management
- Attend to internal and external queries
- Follow up and update queries status
- Prepare invoices & quotation
- Filing, storage and retrieving of documents
- Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Positive thinking and open minded
- Proficient in EXCEL & WORDS
- Advantage if have some accounting knowledge
- Able to work in the East
