We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Dispatch Coordinator to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service
As a Customer Service/Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our transport services. You will be responsible for coordinating routes, managing drivers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Route Coordination: Plan and optimize daily routes for drivers to ensure efficient and timely transportation of domestic helpers between points A, B, C, and other locations.
- Driver Management: Coordinate with drivers to assign routes, provide necessary instructions, and monitor their progress throughout the day.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on transportation schedules.
- Scheduling: Manage and adjust schedules based on customer requirements and driver availability.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, customer information, and any incidents or delays.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly and efficiently handle any issues or emergencies that arise during transportation, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or dispatch coordination, preferably in the transport industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independantly as you will transition into hybrid working style
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in logistics, transportation, or a related field
