Role Summary/Purpose

The Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with onsite operations to ensure the safe execution of task onsite and the compliance all the applicable HSE procedures implementation and regulatory requirements.

He/She will work directly with the Site Operations Leader and the HSE Director or designee to ensure alignment with the business HSE priorities and strategies.

• Experience occupational safety and health, environmental management
• Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience
• HSE professional certification such as NEBOSH or (HSE Certificate specialist for Oil and Gas Industries)
• Familiarization with risk assessments
• Knowledge on lifting and rigging safe practices

• Seasoned project manager with deep product and operational expertise.
• Sound knowledge in DevSecOps domain and branching strategies.
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence with analytical/problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated at least 3-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on financial services
• Able to clearly articulate complex matters and provide recommendations on the best course of action to be taken
• Full end-to-end project management in a lead role
• Executive-level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

The resources will have the below qualifications:

• Required skills include 3+ years of experience in the implementation, maintenance and analysis of data center facilities, hardware, communications infrastructure, strategies, tools and effective troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic background on enterprise data center facilities and infrastructure environments such as PDUs, RPPs, network and SAN infrastructures. In depth knowledge on complex, Enterprise class inter-networked environments involving a combination of switched/routed/shared Ethernet, TwinAx (100GigE, 25GigE,10GigE, GigE, 100M, and 10M), token ring, SAN, and wide area connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of WAN technologies (OC-x, DS-x), subnetting and TCP/IP protocol a must.
• Knowledge of trouble ticketing systems, change control, Project processes and associated tools.
• Logical problem- solving techniques and associated experience in system, data center facilities, and telecommunications.
• Experience with project management.
• Financial Services industry knowledge a plus.

Key Must Haves:

• Past working experience and fluent with configuration of backend system and implementation ServiceNow systems
• Expert in using ServiceNow GRC suite of applications for Risk Management, Audit Compliance, TPRM etc.
• Good understanding and knowledge of ServiceNow IRM solution
• ServiceNow certified
