Check fridge and working area thoroughly to avoid spoilage.
Check food items prepared by his subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work according to standard recipes.
Ensures production and quality to restaurant standards.

Keep good rapport with all staff.
