In charge of photocopier machine and contact xerox if any issues with machine
Managing office supplies and inventory, including stationery
Sorting of documents
Open letters for clients
Handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and files
Providing administrative support to other team members or departments
Overall, the admin's job is to provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization or department.
