Job Description
· Assist in the day-to-day invoicing
· Provide efficient support services to business operations
· Manage relations with new and existing clients
· Perform and manage grant related transactions in the government portal
· Other ad-hoc accounts matters as required
Requirements
· Relevant Diploma/Degree and/or previous job-related working experience
· Motivated, goal-oriented with strong communication skills
· Meticulous and able to multi-task
· Good coordination and problem-solving skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Highly independent in performing job tasks required and able to exercise good judgment and discretion in managing situations
