RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall in charge of transport Operations
- Responsible for running daily operations and keeping to daily operation schedule.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues from operations and coordinating with other departments
- Manage the company's trucking and delivery/operations team
- Handle incident management which includes investigation and reporting
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Head of Department
- May required to work beyond normal office hours
- Help to maintain company vehicles and send them for repair and servicing.
- Required to drive and collect prime mover from the workshop
- required to send tailler for repair whenever needed.
- Keep a record of vehicle service report
- Require to use potnet system
- need to PERFORM SAFE PRIME MOVER DRIVING AND HAULAGE OPERATIONS IN THE PORT
- need to drive prime mover when workers are on leave or sick leave.
- Require to do primary check for company vehicle
Requirement:
. Good interpersonal analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated, and responsible self-starter with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities
Need Class 4 as need to drive prime mover
