- Attend to incoming calls and walk-in clients/despatch
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails
- Data entry
- Run errands
- Other adhoc admin matters as assigned
Requirements:-
- Pleasant disposition
- Computer literate
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Able to read/write English.
- Ability to speak mandarin & dialects is an advantage.
- Must be able to multitask and is meticulous
