Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze yield for new product off-loads and qualifications.
- Collaborate with customers on product correlation, qualification runs, design and optimization of test process and test program improvements.
- Develop and maintain test programs / hardware for Wafer Sort and Final Test.
- Prepare engineering reports and conduct technical reviews with customers.
- Develop and transfer test solutions for Wafer Sort and Final Test to production.
- Provide engineering support to Test Operations in productivity improvement
- Participate in manufacturing activities to enhance test processes and flow specifications, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience in product testing and software / hardware debugging is beneficial.
- Possess project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
