Responsibilities

• Support business activities and processes of the Sales Operations team.
• Generate analytical reporting to fully examine revenue metrics, forecast metrics, expense metrics, market share metrics, and sales performance metrics.
• Conduct data analysis, reconcile multiple data sources, and monitor growth expectation for key customers based on application assumptions in forecast and market trends.
• Execute and organize customer database. Maintain process and data integrity.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing sites for new customer set up.
• Conduct research and perform competitive analysis by leveraging publicly available information, subscription-based industry research information, and internal analytics tool.
• Coordinate and facilitate sales execution of business initiatives, and collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams.
• Review sales forecast and revenue report process, work with System team to define and automate the system reports, templates, and dashboard.
• Execute ad-hoc analysis to support sales management’s decision-making process.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales operations and business analysis in the electronics, semiconductor, or semiconductor assembly and test industry preferred.
• Solid understanding in the manufacturing process, package types, tester types, technology evolution of semiconductor assembly and test service preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with productivity software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Highly analytical, passionate for details, and quantitative mind, capable of translating analytical insights into actions.

Responsibilities:

1. Mandatory Reporting & Compliance (ECA, WEMP, GHG, etc.)

• Prepare and submit Energy Management System (EnMS) reports.
• Ensure compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) for water-cooled chilled water systems.
• Update and submit the Energy Efficiency Improvement Plan (EEIP) and Energy Reports as per regulatory requirements.
• Conduct annual energy reviews and support ISO50001 certification processes.
• Monitor and report water usage including recycling and reuse systems.
• Analyze GHG emissions data monthly and prepare yearly submissions for third-party verification.
• Report on Corporate Environmental Performance Management (CEPM) and align with Net Zero and Renewable Energy targets.

2. Corporate Environmental & Sustainability Initiatives:

• Track and report environmental indicators such as power, water, and waste consumption.
• Develop gap analyses and enhancement plans to improve eco-efficiency and recycling rates.
• Support corporate audits and sustainability projects, and environmental goal tracking.

3. Facility Monitoring & Data Management:

• Integrate facility monitoring systems into the Maintenance Management System (IFMS Dashboard).
• Develop automated preventive maintenance schedules and inventory tracking.
• Oversee daily monitoring logs and production support using SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
• Proven experience in Energy Management, Environmental Sustainability, and Corporate Responsibility reporting.
• Strong technical skills in data analysis, with proficiency in tools such as BMS, SharePoint, and digital metering systems.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in maintenance management systems and facility monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as NEA and PUB compliance standards.
• Familiarity with ISO50001, GHG Protocol, and other sustainability frameworks will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks of all the building facilities such as: central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, compressors, BMS, plumbing and electrical system.
• Attend to all facility works and M&E installations as well as to co-ordinate with contractors on repair works.
• Provide support to production and assist in machine installations: power hook-up, CDA, vacuum and process cooling water, exhaust pipe and other set-up in the production floor.
• Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers and other HVAC equipment.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Facilities / CEE or equivalent with 1 year relevant experience.

• Working knowledge in cleanroom environment is preferred
• Able to commit to rotating 12-hr day / night shift

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company's Energy Management System (EMS)
• Collect, analyze, and report on GHG inventory data for Scopes 1, 2, and 3
• Manage the preparation and submission of corporate ESG and CSR reports
• Handle and address customer-specific EHS and ESG requirements
• Support the implementation of EHS activities and programs

Requirements

• Diploma in Environmental/Energy Efficiency/Sustainability Management or any related field

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation and proper maintenance of security equipment and systems such as CCTV cameras, monitors and recorders, intruder alarms, motion detectors, glass break sensors, access control readers and controllers, public address system, fire alarm system and others.
• Conduct first level of troubleshooting and repair of security equipment.
• Assist in performing onboarding and offboarding of staff, change details request and CCTV playback as part of Operation’s investigation procedure.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in engineering or security related discipline
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in security systems installation and maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environment.
