Job Description:
• Able to independently create process plant & MEP 3D model using AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Able to independently carry out crash analysis of the process plant equipment, steel structures, piping & other
MEP and resolve the area of crashes.
• Develop CAD drawings such as detailed plan, elevation, sections, Equipment Layout, Piping Arrangement,
isometric drawings and other drawings necessary for construction works.
• Able to optimize and generate Plant Layout, Process Piping & MEP routing with consideration of space for
Maintenance and operation.
• Need to attend coordination meeting and present the 3D model
• Develop/Coordinate BIM model, engaging Revit
• Able to develop PFD and P&ID generation with minimum input from Process Engineering
• Developing BOQ for pipe, fitting and valves
• Check technical information of equipment and systems and coordinate/cooperate with engineers from other
trades in the organization
• Check drawings/documents and material list and ensure that they conform to contractual technical specifications, installation control documents and Statutory Rules/Regulations
• Participate in tests and trials, where required
Job Requirements
• 3 years of experience in MEP drafting using Plant 3D in EPC project for Power, Petrochemical, District
Cooling, Water and/or Waste-to-Energy plants.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering or equivalent
• Good knowledge of international design codes, e.g., EN, ISO, ASME and etc
• Strong EPC background
• In depth experience and competency with utilizing AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Revit modelling and
AutoCAD software as well as some knowledge of BIM Administrator
• Good team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Open minded and able to adopt different ideas for implementations
