· Ensuring timely preparation and processing of expense reports

· Administrative support experience of an increasingly responsible nature at a senior level

· The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital

· Ability to be self-motivated and resourceful in a highly chaotic and unstructured start-up environment

· Minimum 2 years Executive Administrative experienceperience

Admin & Accounts Executive

Full-time, Permanent

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Admin and Accounts Executive for our Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for simple full set of accounts
• Responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Liaise with auditor and tax agent
• HR duties to include work pass application, payroll
• processing, CPF submission staff leave record, S -Pass and E-Pass application
• Banking matters - cheque deposits, token application etc
• Perform training grant application
• Responsible for ensuring clients payment is paid on time
• Photocopying, arrangement and filing of vouchers
• Perform admin related duties and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to multi-task
• Willing to run errands and travel out of office for banking and postage activities
• Good team player and positive attitude
