The Employee responsibilities and duties are, but is not limited to, the following:

2. Responsibilities:

• Ensures the professional standards of the crewmembers;
• Participates in the Safety Management System;
• Develops Standard Operating Procedures;
• Ensures that all airports and routes served by Asian Corporate Aviation Management are operationally suitable and meet company requirements;
• Participates in the distribution, review, and response of accident, incident, and other occurrence reports in collaboration with the Safety Officer;
• Supervises aircraft crews;
• You will assist pilot-in-command or assume the role of a pilot-in-command for the Aircrafts or other suitable aircraft of the Company (with the agreement of the Owner) if you have the prerequisite training and current validation;
• You will be responsible for flight operations, safety and regulatory compliance, including the preparation and filing of flight plans;
• You will also provide operations support as required and other duties that The Company may assign to you

1. Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a valid Instrument Rating for the category of aircraft operated;
• Preferably FAA or EASA ATPL
• Have at least a total of 13,000 flight hours across the years
• Possesses knowledge of the content of the Flight Operations Manual, Training Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and the provisions of Title 14 of the CFRs, The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013, Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTARs), the ICAO requirements, and standards necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
• At least 10 years of business aviation experience

1. Schedules travel for company passengers on all modes of transportation, including the company aircraft;
2. Schedules ground transportation and accommodations for crewmembers and passengers;
3. Schedules company aircraft for flights and maintenance;
4. Enters flight times and keeps department flight records;
5. Retains passenger manifests and logs for all flights;
6. Maintains current information on the location of Asian Corporate Aviation Management aircraft;
7. Provides flightcrews with Flight Plan and weather information;
8. Arranges aircraft fueling for trips;
9. Obtains, for passengers and crewmembers, any necessary landing / overflight permits, slots,and/or visas when flying into and out of foreign countries;
10. Selects and arranges Fixed Base Operators (FBOs);
11. Assists Flight Attendants with catering orders;
12. Assumes any duties delegated by the Head of operations.
13. Maintain currency of aircraft-related subscription
14. Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
15. Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
16. Create templates for future use
17. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
18. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
19. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
20. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
21. Assist with organizational audits where required

Qualifications:

• Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and a valid Instrument Rating for the category of aircraft operated;
• Preferably FAA or EASA ATPL
• Holds a type rating for Bombardier Challenger CL604/605
• Possesses knowledge of the content of the Flight Operations Manual, Training Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and the provisions of Title 14 of the CFRs, The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2013, Overseas Territories Aviation Requirements (OTARs), the ICAO requirements, and standards necessary to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
