A few of the main duties of a foreman are coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, and managing the budget. A foreman have to report the progress of the project to superiors.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
- Assign tasks to construction workers
- Produce employee and project schedules
- Manage and monitor members attendance and work
- Allocate general and daily responsibilitie
- Supervise and train workers
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
