Job Responsibilities
- Management of daily operations.
- Monitor and review Ops/vendor performance to enhance customer experience. Example, daily meeting with ops/vendors to review results and work on improvement plan.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Create regular or ad-hoc reporting based on business requirements. Keep track of resolution, action plans and status update.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Recording Minutes of Meeting and disseminate to desired stakeholders.
- Review existing processes and work with process team and vendors to enhance processes for better customer experience.
- Preparing and documenting of Standard Operation Procedures.
- Identify and enhance efficiencies to improve on the operations and customer’s experience such as reporting
- Training and briefing the staffs on any changes of SOPs.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintain appropriately for each project.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experiences with tertiary qualification.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and meet deadlines.
