Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide operational support for HR activities that align with organizational goals.
Address employee relations matters by offering guidance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Assist with key people processes, including, but not limited to, onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee offboarding.
Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as updating processes or assisting in new system rollouts, to ehance operational efficiency.
Coordinate initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Leverage Workday analytics to deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR generalist, HR business partner, or related HR role.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR operations and process improvements.
Hands-on experience with HR systems.
Good understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., Singapore’s MOM regulations).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
