Job Description:
- Provides coordinated care to Patients and Clinic Assistants / Managers by developing, monitoring and evaluating interdisciplinary care
- Schedule appointments and maintain a patient care database by entering new information as it becomes available; verifying findings and reports and backing up data
- To handle day to day operational issues and to ensure that they are resolved in a proper and timely manner
- To provide effective and efficient full admin support to the team
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards, including but not limited to managing and resolving patient feedback from various platforms
- Maintains clear channel of communication with CA/CMs across all clinics via GChat/clinic chats
- Handles appointment bookings and answers queries
- Arranges appointments and addresses queries relating to various national health initiatives
- Coordinates and follows up with corporate medical services requests
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Criteria / Requirement:
- Able to commit in working on weekends and/or Public Holidays
- Bilingual
- Computer-Literate
- Diploma / Degree Preferred, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or customer service experiences will be an advantage
