Job Description:
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, trade contractors or authority's officers on site survey, site arrangement & work progress
Possess a good understanding on client's As-built drawings and specifications for site survey
Handle complaints related to the projects
Ensure proper communication and liaising with clients on project schedule
Assist in preparation of claims submission as well as certification of claims to clients
Working Hours: Mon - Sat (9am-6pm)
Job Requirements:
Possess valid Class 2B Driving License in Singapore
Riding experience and understand the traffic rules and regulations in Singapore
Must be able to ride motocycle
Able to read and understand As-built drawings is a must
Good knowledge in MS Powerpoint / AutoCad
As least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination
