Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounting duties including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accounting standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in accounting within a vehicle rental, leasing, and/or sale company, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in full set of accounting processes including AP and AR functions
- Ability and license to drive will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese languages to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial data management.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynami environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
