Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:Assist in developing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Coordinate and manage construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
Site Management:Support site supervisors in overseeing day-to-day construction activities.
Monitor site progress and ensure work adheres to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve potential issues.
Budget & Cost Control:Track project expenses and report any deviations from the budget.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and financial reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Stakeholder Communication:Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain clear and effective communication.
Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
Prepare and deliver project status reports for management and clients.
Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and work on mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Document and address any incidents or delays during the project lifecycle.
Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Assist in preparing project closeout documentation.
Analyze completed projects for lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Previous internships or experience in construction management is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and construction software
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
