JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate is responsible for overall sales and achieving sales budget. Develop new accounts and key account management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
He/She will be the main point of contact for all customer account-related matters. Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships. Conduct after-sales activities and promote company products and services via cross-selling and upselling to existing clients. The candidate also act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, its competitiveness relative to market products, as well as market and industry trends. Required actively source for new prospects and convert them to leads to generate new accounts for the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or business-related fields.
At least 2 years of Industrials Sales and Marketing experience.
