Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage our CyberArk PAM solution. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in securing privileged identities, integrating various platforms, and operationalizing PAM solutions to enhance organizational security. This position requires expertise in CyberArk, privileged account management, and the integration of diverse IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate a variety of platforms with the CyberArk PAM solution, including LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX/Linux servers, databases, networking devices, middleware, and custom applications (including SaaS).
- Develop password and session management connectors to onboard and manage privileged accounts within the CyberArk solution.
- Deploy and operationalize CyberArk components, including Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA), On-Demand Privileges Manager (OPM), and related modules.
- Implement and configure Application Access Manager (AAM), Conjur, and Secrets Hub for secure access and secrets management.
- Document solution architecture, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while providing comprehensive knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve technical issues and incidents, offering expertise and guidance as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimally 4 years of experience in Privileged Account Management (PAM) technologies.
- Proven experience in planning, scoping, deploying, and integrating PAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of related technologies, such as: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- IT Service Management platforms like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Databases, including SQL and Oracle.
- Network configuration and Windows Active Directory (AD).
- UNIX/Linux and Windows servers.
- Experience with deploying PAM solutions in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and managing privileged identities in DevOps workflows.
- Proficiency in documenting solution designs and operational procedures.
- Relevant PAM certifications (e.g., CyberArk certifications) are a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk Application Access Manager, Conjur, and Secrets Hub.
- Familiarity with managing privileged accounts in hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
