Currently, we are looking for Data Management Specialist which would be based in Singapore

Responsibilities and requirements

• Possess a degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields from recognized tertiary institution with 1 to 3 years of relevant IT working experience
• Experience in managing data reconciliation/quality checks/dashboarding (implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Ensure that the data issues are actively detected, tracked, and fixed without breaching SLA
• Hands on experience in Snowflake and Tableau
• Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience in in providing documentation support, e.g. in technical/functional specifications
• Able to work closely with business end-users, data vendors, data product team and data engineers to facilitate ingestion of new data and provide support existing data while adhering to our established data framework processes
• Able to provide clear requirements and collaborate with data engineers to enable robust and scalable design of data solutions for data ingestion and management across our diverse range of datasets

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain security measures across AWS environments, focusing on SIEM, CSPM, IDS/IPS, and DDoS protection.
• Monitor security events and incidents using SIEM tools and respond promptly to potential threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) scripts for automated deployment and configuration management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing AWS environments.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools, CSPM solutions, IDS/IPS technologies, and DDoS mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, or CDK.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with incident response and securityoperations.
• Preferably Mandarin speaking.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of working experience, with relevant experience in data management and the financial services industry.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers and platform team to implement and support data distribution solution.

• Perform data access control operations to ensure data ingested and distributed comply with enterprise data governance and data handling standards.

• Lead the dataset registration conversation with business and metadata team to ensure that the dataset are properly registered.

• Perform user acceptance testing on the data distribution channel and ensure that it meets the requirements.

• Good understanding of the principles, key controls and processes relating to data management, as well as data integration and data distribution.

• Familiarity with data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and data virtualization technology such as Denodo will be advantageous.

• Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) implementation methodology and/or Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
