Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the service strategy and design to align with business objectives.
- Ensure that the service meets the needs of end users and stakeholders. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and feedback
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business value.
- Create and maintain service backlog, ensuring it is well-defined and prioritized.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of services.
- Advocate for user-centric design and ensure a positive user experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Monitor the performance and usage of services.
Experience:
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience support financial solutions with at least 15 years working as a subject matter expert on SWIFT , including:
- SWIFT:On premises: SWIFT Alliance Access, Web Platform, RMA, Alliance Warehouse, SIL
On the cloud: Alliance Cloud, Alliance Connect
NET development
- Azure application development
Successful candidates would preferably also have the following skills:
- Oracle, SQL Server
- APIs: Strong knowledge of RESTFull and HTTP Protocol, Azure APIM
- Familiarity with Financial and Risk systems such as FIS’ Quantum, SAP, Finastra’s Summit, QRM, Fedline, Bloomberg
- Additional Desired Technologies: Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog Terraform, ARMs, Azure CLI, Powershell
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.
- Ensure services comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Implement and manage document security measures, including data labeling and classification.
- Develop and enforce policies for data access, sharing, and storage to safeguard company information.
- Identify opportunities for improving the service and implement changes to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the service remains aligned with business needs.
