Responsibilities :
1. Lead all aspects of Financial Operations.
2. Deliver accurate and timely financial projections, forecasts, and analysis of relevant financial and operational
information as required for the Management's team.
3. Utilise data analysis and leverage business intelligence to make informed organizational decisions.
4. Work with all teams and operations to help optimize financial performance and efficiencies and evaluate current
spending to drive resource optimization.
5. Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and tax consultants
when required.
6. Ensure compliance to the SGX listing requirements and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance.
7. Develop and ensure financial controls are followed in accordance with company procedures.
8. Assess current accounting operations, offer recommendations for improvement and implement new processes.
9. Lead special finance projects.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting/finance and preferably with experiences in SGX
listed companies.
3. High level of integrity and dependability.
4. Work well under pressure and with multitasking capability.
5. Proven leader that can motivate, manage and maximize capacity of a team.
6. Possess Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
7. Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills.
8. Good knowledge in FRS, Tax, SGX regulations and other regulatory requirements.
9. Excellent people management skills and communication skills.
