Job Title : SHIPPING OFFICER (Freight Forwarding)

Job Scope :
============
· attend to customers enquiries via email.
· coordinate shipment with customers and carrier
. Prepare export or import shipping documents
. Declaration of customs permit (All Types)
. Liaise with drivers and customers for timely collection & delivery.
. Ensure all billing are complete timely
· Ensure customer payments are up-to date,
. Requirements:
============
· At least 1-2 years working experience
· Good communication skills in English & Mandarin, computer savvy.
· Good knowledge of Sea Export documentation & operation procedures.
· GCE O leve / N level / ITE / Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
.
Working Location and Hour
==============
· Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore)
· Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays on duty monthly
Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
· Singapore Citizen or PR and Malaysia
. Preferable staying at AMK, Hougang Punggol, Sengkang , Bedok, Pasir Ris, Tampines.
