Accounts & Admin Officer - AMK
We looking for an accounts and admin officer to manager the office daily payment and admin work, we are fully computerized, we provide a friendly working environment, if you are a team player, please send us your resume, we look forward to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Support Accounts Manager in daily payment to vendors
- Handle the office daily administrative work
- Handle collection of Account Receivable and issue monthly SOA .
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, cash balance and audit schedules.
- Handle payment andA/P invoices from Vendors on daily basis
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years experience in accounting work
- Good communication skills in English and and Mandarin, computer savvy
- Diploma or Equivalent In Accounting
- Familiar with Accounting software.
Working Location and Hour:
- Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore
- Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays on duty monthly
- Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Singapore Citizen or PR and Malaysia
- Preferable staying at AMK, Hougang Punggol, Sengkang , Bedok, Pasir Ris
