Due to the team expansion, we are looking for an outstanding UI Designer for our web GUI design team at the ASUS marketing department. Here, you will work with a team of UI and UX enthusiasts to create an industry-leading website.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the design style of the project and present excellent visual proposals.
• Collaborate with UX Designer, Project Manager, Engineer, and Cross-functional Stakeholders to understand requirements and provide clear design documents.
• Ability to build and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UI libraries, and organize them into pages to maintain UI consistency.
• Collaborate with UX Designer and Project Manager to plan website development strategy and help define user needs.

Requirements

• Have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details.
• Have the creativity to explore and bring concepts to life in unknown territories.
• In this position, you must collaborate with colleagues from Taiwan, so the ability to work independently is required.
• Official Site Design skill.
• Familiar with web frameworks, design system guidelines and development standards.
• Creative Web UI design skill. (Need a portfolio of work that showcases excellence in user experience and visual design.)
• Figma, Photoshop, Notion, and similar tools.
• Bachelor degree in Industrial design, Service design, Visual communication design.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Purpose of Position:

User Experience designers will create and design the next-generation of ASUS computing experience. Designer will support the team from concept through completion in whole UX process- experts in making strategic design and user-experience decisions to facilitate the company’s product vision. This includes researching, wire framing and prototyping user experiences for digital and hardware products.

The Responsibilities:

• Involve in full UX development: Direction, wireframes, information architecture, storyboards, user scenarios and prototypes.
• Co-work together with Researcher & Industrial Designers to create the Design strategy and manage the UX vision from concept to end products.
• Capable to collaborate with multi-functional teams with Singapore, Taipei & Shanghai.
• Co- work with Multi-function teams; translate research data into concise powerful design solutions.
• Utilizing user-centered design approach, rapidly and intelligently test and iterate designs for the solution

Area of Specialization:

• Ability in UX design creating wireframes, information architecture, storyboards, user scenarios and basic coding prototypes
