Focus: Singapore & Malaysia
Purpose: To provide technical support on presales/post sales enquiry for Server related products.
Position Based In: Singapore
The Responsibilities:
- To co-work with Account Managers and Product Managers to attend presales, post sales enquiry.
- To solve technical problems reported from the field
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations (IT Infrastructure) explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
- Provide technical support to sales account managers throughout the sales cycle
- Gathering information of new products and attend technical training by HQ
- Reporting of technical information to HQ for product and software support improvements
- Perform evaluation, benchmarking and optimization of IT equipment
The Requirement:
- Computer Hardware & Software Control skills are required.
- Problem Solving & Product Testing skills are required.
- Analytical Ability to Work Confidently in a Rapidly Changing, Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
