Reporting to Country Service Manager at Singapore office, this position is accountable for full frontend repair operation of management. Ensuring day to day repair operations are managed as per company policy and guideline/SOP.
Job Description
- In-charge of end-to-end managing repair process from send in, repair, returning unit to End user
- Maintaining meeting weekly CSC performance 10KPIs
- Prepare weekly KPI reporting including finding and action plan
- Weekly reviewing ASP/RC on the performance/Handle all escalation
- ASP management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
- Proficient in MS Office (Vlookup, Pivot)
- Experienced in Data Analysis, Reporting
- Familiar with Vendor Management
- Experienced in Repair Management
- Salary will commensurate with experience
