Job Description & Requirements
You will be reporting to Site Incharge and required to undertake such duties as may be assign to you in the proper performance of your employment.
Customer Services
· Acts as window and interface with customer on all issues, and provide top level of customer service to all customers
· Liaise with customers on quotation status, progression of projects, and delivery schedules
· Escalate issues impacting customers on time delivery performances
· Maintain communication record of interaction with the customers in an orderly manner
· Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters
Sales Admin
· Maintain customers and supplier relationship
· Fully assist Sales Manager for all oversea and local customers
· Follow up to PO documentation once quotation is issued.
· Provide strategic leadership and overall sales and service direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality and customer service
· Identify, develop and implement progressive and standardized methods of continuous improvement
· Define and maintain standards of performance
· Develop, communicate and implement mid and long-term goals and production plans for areas of responsibilities to ensure continued excellence, including appropriate contingency and risk planning
· Monitor and control expenditures and external/internal labour costs to operate within approved budget guidelines. Identify variances and potential corrective actions.
· Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the company’s Code of Business Conduct
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec etc
- At least 1 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with related min Customer Service or Equivalent
- Preferably with Engineering background
