• Service and calibration of ATEQ products (in-house and on-site).
• Assist in maintaining the calibration laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Disassemble equipment to repair or replace defective parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to all testing/measuring equipment.
• Travel to customers for onsite service, calibration and tech support.
• To liaise with workshops in the ATEQ Group of Companies.
• Maintain concise documents for the calibration program and issue calibration reports / certificates.
• Answer service-related phone calls from customers.
• Troubleshoot customer issues over phone or email.
• Make follow up calls to customers with recently serviced instruments.
• To arrange and coordinate external calibration if needed.
• Quote repairs/calibrations in the workshop or onsite.
• Assist engineering with product development.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
