Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative support to/coordinate with Operations Teams
• Liaise with customers on work schedule arrangements
• Prepare work schedule & operations reports for submission to customers
• Maintain Project Division filing system
• Answer/re-direct all incoming calls
• Issue POs and other procurement related works
• Deal with enquiries in a profession and courteous manner
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline, with or without working experience
• Proficient in Ms Office applications
• Good communication skills, independent & initiative
• 5 days’ work week
• Working area: Tagore Area

Responsibilities

• Set up Personal file for new employees and update employee personal record in HR system.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
• Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in HR role.
• Familiar with labour regulations, related compliance and HR management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 5 days Work week
