This position requires the candidate to manage customers and cleaners under him/her and oversee day-to-day operations at site.

Work Location: Boon Lay / Tractor Road

• Monitor and manage cleaning services and teams.
• Required to do hands-on cleaning work to cover manpower when needed.
• Work together with the team lead for daily deployment of available manpower for next-day arrangements.
• Perform site inspection, ensure onsite standards of cleanliness work quality and meet the requirements of clients.
• Manage client’s complaints/feedback
• Cleaning schedule and coordination with the Team lead.
• Ensure compilance of safety measures during cleaning operations.
• Guide team to respond accordingly to incidents and emergencies
• Raise requests for purchases of materials and equipment for the site
• Maintain supplies of materials and equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the same or similar cleaning industry.
• WSQ Level 3 Certification (Environmental Services)
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player and able to manage a team well and able to work independently.
• MUST HAVE A Good personality, Good working attitude, Punctuality and Good Attendance
• Problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A well-established local company seeking for:

Account Assistant / Executive (Accounts Payable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Full spectrum of AP, verification of accounting documents and data entry into system.
• Prepare payment to suppliers and non-trade related vendors.
• Maintain petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis.
• Update cash book on daily basis.
• Perform monthly AP creditors reconciliations statement.
• Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• LCCI Certificate in Accounting or equivalent are welcome.
• Experience in MYOB and ERP system will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive with keen attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• 5 days week
