Responsibilities
Set up Personal file for new employees and update employee personal record in HR system.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.
At least 2 years of prior experience in HR role.
Familiar with labour regulations, related compliance and HR management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5 days Work week
