• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle administration duties such as preparation of offer letter, confirmation letter, employment verification letter etc.

• Management of office premise access for new staff and leaver.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of prior experience in HR role.
• Familiar with labour regulations, related compliance and HR management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Account Assistant / Executive (Accounts Payable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Full spectrum of AP, verification of accounting documents and data entry into system.
• Prepare payment to suppliers and non-trade related vendors.
• Maintain petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis.
• Update cash book on daily basis.
• Perform monthly AP creditors reconciliations statement.
• Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure tally with financial statement.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• LCCI Certificate in Accounting or equivalent are welcome.
• Experience in MYOB and ERP system will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive with keen attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
