Responsible for Full Set accounting. (AP, AR & GL)
Perform receipt and bank posting in the system accurately and promptly on all payment modes.
Actively monitor AR aging and follow up with customers to reduce AR days.
Verify accuracy of vendor invoices, staff claims and petty cash reimbursements.
Perform SOA reconciliation and liaise with suppliers for payment matters
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
Perform month-end closing for the financial report within the timeline and relevant audit schedules.
Monthly payroll calculation and CPF submission
Perform any other ac-doc duties as requested or assigned.
