Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the cryptocurrency and finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in both Chinese and English to manage a diverse talent pool effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for key roles in the cryptocurrency and finance sectors.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
- Manage and oversee HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in recruitment for cryptocurrency or finance industries.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
