1. Cost Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor and track costs across projects, operations, and logistics functions to ensure alignment with key stakeholders
- Perform monthly cost analyses to compare actuals against budgets, identifying variances and trends to support strategic decision-making
2. Budgeting and Forecasting Support:
- Collaborate across departments to assist in forecasting activities, help to develop and maintain cost-effective budgets.
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process to support financial planning.
3. Reporting:
- Produce and provide regular reports on costs, budgets, and variances to keep stakeholders informed and facilitate transparency.
- Generate insightful cost and expenditure reports to support proactive cost management
4. Project Cost Management:
- Manage project-specific cost tracking to ensure expenditures stay within budgeted limits and align with financial goals.
- Conduct spot checks on cargo and post-project cost reviews to assess profitability, addressing overspending when identified.
5. Invoicing and Activity Tracking:
- Generation and processing of invoices, Keep and maintaining records of contracts, sales agreements, services, and activities are in cost tracker accurately.
- Support accounts receivable (AR) tracking by updating records and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Organize and document all invoices for easy access and retrieval.
6. Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
- Address customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, handling adjustments and clarifying any incorrect charges.
- Collaborate with finance, operations and customer care to resolve invoicing issues promptly and enhance customer satisfaction
